Bleak...

It was hardly worth turning the lights out today as within a few hours I was going round the house putting them back on again.

Two batches of cookies made this morning. David will no doubt take the bulk of them on his annual boy's weekend in the Lake District this weekend.

More Christmas shopping done. At this rate I'm going to be done and dusted by the beginning of December. Result!

David out tonight so a cosy night in for Alan and me. I suppose that's the upside of winter nights...no guilt at cosy in and sitting with your feet up.
