Moonscape?

Nope, not on the moon. This is the North Pennines in Cumbria this afternoon. The 'golf ball' and masts in the distance is the CAA/NATS site on Great Dunfell and the picture was taken from Little Dunfell. One of the best day's ski touring up here in a long, long time. Complete snow cover over the whole upland plateau and not a breath of wind!
