50 Shades of Grey

Well maybe not fifty, but it is surprising how many types of grey paint are available, and all very popular.

So here is Ann painting the built-in bookshelves from a dated high gloss pine (as can be seen further down the room) to an in-vogue, modern, grey chalk paint. (We’ll be seeing her on The Great Interior Design Challenge soon!). This is a different grey from the bedroom drawer unit blipped a while ago and different to the steel grey used to paint the bathroom. It will also be different from the shade of grey to be used for the feature wall behind the book shelves and across the fireplace wall.

Grey is the new Magnolia!
