Remembrance Sunday
No Joshua over night Saturday, Scout Sleepover, but I caught up with him for the parade.
A very proud Dad as I watched my son acting as Standard Bearer for the Falmouth Platoon of the Army Cadets.
There was a great turn out, lots of youngsters, both in organised groups, Cubs, Brownies, Guides and Scouts as well as all three cadet groups.
The service ran its course and then the Heavens opened, I guess it took about five minutes before we were completely drenched.
The drive to Truro with heater full on turned my blazer from soaking wet to damp, the Truro service finished and the Heavens opened again.
Today's photo is my still sodden jacket hanging to dry before its next outing on Tuesday.
