Want to make me smile .... this will work pretty much every time!!!

The bread needs to be very soft and white ... the butter needs to be Irish and having Tayto crisps makes for the icing on the cake!!!

A friend who knows me well gave me these crisps this evening ... I am a happy bunny!!!

Today has not had the healthiest of food choices ... birthdays at work meant there was Scottish dumpling & custard and a Flake gateau for treats .... and then home made panna cotta at tea time ... crisps for supper .... what's a girl to do?!?!??
