So Kara's iPhone appears to be dead

No signal for over a day just "searching". Tried updating the iOS to latest version as this was recommended by a quick online search of the issue.

This has lead to a firmware install error or error(1) code. Seems to be this code refers to a firmware issue relating to the phones hardware.

Easy speak - phones dead.

Trip to Vodafone later in the week to get it fixed as it's got insurance and also under a year old.
