Tiddly winks

Staying late at work planning for my first official observation at the new school. Bit worried that I've been lulled into a false sense of security as school is generally so chilled out and I'm not being judged against Ofsted criteria. Maybe I should be seeing it as more of a big deal, or maybe observations just don't scare me that much anymore...
