Bloody woman! I took her all the way to The Cornish Rose Centre and she slammed Kitty's door when she got there. I know she was excited but there are some things one should not do.

Anyway, she has purchased a pair of "Proper Job" roses and given them to a friend who is having to cope with her own health problems and those of her husband. Made her smile and made the GF happy, so win win.

The rose lady made us chuckle. Apparently, yesterday, a pair of ladies who lunch parked a Porsche on the grass, apparently unaware through their fog of self importance that the place was a sopping wet bog. The passenger got out to assist the rose centre ladies as they pushed the car back onto gravel. Mistake. By the time it had slithered and slid off the mud the passenger was coated in mud and had a sense of humour failure.

Some days you just don't have a gun or camera handy.
