Lady Amhurst Pheasants

Have been avoiding road kill common pheasants for months, but spotted these beauties today. Parked and headed back in full 'stalking' mode. As I approached them, they ran towards us calling! For all their posing, I could have made a better shot of it!
Hope they are not potted! Very close to Nick Nairn's cookery school!!!!!!
