A fire drill they said...

Got into tutor set this morning and after a debacle about a cow got told a fire drill was planned today for 12:45.
So of course after going to Bingham at 12:40 we were quite alarmed to find this across the road.
Alls well, no bomb at toot hill, but this was never explained...
