Bread!

This is the first loaf produced by my 'new' breadmaker which arrived , courtesy of Ebay, this morning. Until last weekend I had faithfully used my late mum's, but as it was about 14 years old, it had had a good run. I was lucky to find the same one, later model, so I didn't even need to read the instructions! the bread, by the way, tastes lovely as I have just had that outside slice with a plate of homemade lentil and bacon soup.
Katie,who is still suffering,will have some with her soup later on. Martin can have bread, but being a vegetarian, no soup!!
