aspiration in stone

Took this shot from the fifth floor of QE11 conference centre opposite Westminster Abbey. I love the shading in the stone and the strong dense parallel lines with their upward thrust - reminds me of the pipes of a magnificent church organ.

Always exciting to be in central London. So much of interest visually if you only look up and a very palpable energy and vitality.
