A comet

Short of a blip today, I didn't know what I do, and then a picture taken of a comet taken by Philae appeared in the tv news, so I though I would blip the tv, to celebrate this piece of history.

According to David Shukman, the BBC's Science Editor:

'Landing on the small strange world of a comet ranks as one of the greatest achievements in space exploration. Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin would obviously take pride of place.'

Now, I know very little about the solar system but this impresses me.

In other news today, it was the second day of our SPSP conference at the EICC , which went very well. Well done to all the team, and especially the organising team who did a brilliant job.

Apprentice tonight, who will go?
