Ashure / Noah's Pudding

There are a few stories about this dessert but my favourite one is about Noah's Ark. After the hurricane the Ark landed and they cooked a dish by using all the food on the Ark. So ashure is called by then. It is a mixture of lots of grains ,dried fruits and nuts. People cook it in large quantities and distribute it to neighbours and friends.
