Pilates...

...this morning, the studio after the class... all calm and serene ( unlike the class, which was hard work! ). The towers look like instruments of torture ( not far wrong there then... ) but they are based on the original equipment designed by Joseph Pilates himself.
Now up in Tynemouth for a few days - weather not looking particularly good, but we have things planned anyway.
