muck spreader

We spent the day at the lottie today, it was cold but a beautiful sunny day, Freya loves being outdoors (takes after her father !) we dug over last years huge potato patch today ready for planting greens etc in it this year, once dug over we spread muck on it, freyas job was to fill the wheel barrow, although she spent much of her time clambering on the muck pile declaring it quite amazing than one horse could do such a huge poo, being 3 and a half poo talk is top of the agenda.

We bought her some real scaled down tools to use as her "toy" tools were a bit rubbish, indeed she has now asked for a rake to match as hers is rubbish, she backed this point up by hurling it accross the lottie in disgust. we then had a tussle over my rake :o

After muck spreading she was to be found sitting on the edge of the cold frame mug of tea in one hand and a biscuit in the other.

we got home at half four, she was asleep on the sofa by five
