For Granddad

It's his birthday today so we got E dressed up in his favourite team kit as a pressie. She still looks cute in the dreaded 'silky shorts'. The Husband disapproves on two counts: it's not rugby (a proper game); and it's Liverpool. But he married the daughter of a couple of Northerners, so what does he expect?

Slow day. Totally chickens out of getting my tattoo. The Husband gave me doubts, but I am kind of regretting not going now. Gah.

This time next week I will be back at work, so I need to cherish the last of these slow days and rest up!
