Rathaus at night

Now that it's dark when I'm coming home from work I notice bits of Basel I hadn't seen before. The Rathaus has some really nice stained glass windows featuring the different trades of the town - fishing, farming etc.

You couldn't see the usual bright red hue of the building but I was reminded of the red poppies people would be wearing at home on this Remembrance Day. I'm a little annoyed with myself that I didn't make time to go and see the sea of poppies at the Tower of London when I was in London the other week.
