Last Night
As it was Remembrance Sunday, things were slightly back to front today with our free time in the morning. So a few of us walked over the road to a beach cafe and sat outside in the glorious sunshine and enjoyed a cuppa. Then with great effort, we walked a short way to the lakeside cafe for lunch where we met up with the rest of the gang who had been on the coach trip to Portsmouth for the Remembrance Service.
This afternoon we had tuition with Lois and in the evening it was the turn of Chris James. I had never seen him before but I really like him. Great voice, great guitar work and a good sense of humour. Would like to see him again.
My blip today shows Chris reading the paper while singing the ending of Mexi-Fest (which for those who don't know goes on and on and on!).
