Through a glass...

A very long day beginning with an 8.00 a.m. meeting to review how leadership of the school is going and what impact it has had. Pleased to say that so far all is going well - but there's a long way to go and, as I keep saying, we have won nothing yet....
Still, it's a start.
Parents' evening tonight followed by another meeting - a chance for me to talk to parents about how we are doing.
And home to a large glass of red...
