Spring Racing fun with Laddies

As you can imagine, the team at Ladbrokes are as busy as a greyhound chasing a mechanical rabbit on Melbourne Cup day so we thought we'd put on a BBQ and drinks the following Tuesday to re-create the fun.

The evening consisted of five hotly contested sweeps during the Ipswich Greyhound racing event. Palms were sweating and breath was held as Ikon and Ladbrokes staff alike looked on in anticipation of the gallant pups bounding after the elusive robot rabbit.

The end of the races saw three Ikon winners and two Ladbrokes winners, but one could say that the good food, good drink and good company made everyone a winner!
