Chinese

This afternoon, I have to visit the dentist. But after that I am cooking a meal. Now that I have "mastered" (ahem) the art of Indian cuisine, I have decided to conquer Chinese. Tonight's meal is twice-cooked pork, chicken glazed in hoisin sauce and egg fried rice. I have also bought some red bean puffs for "afters." My photograph shows just some of the ingredients.
