Offering the hand of friendship

If you've seen the sainsbury's advert you will know what all this is about, the bars are selling in sainsbury's and all profits go to the British Legion.
Of course i won't be eating this for a long while.
Another day staying off from work but at least now the awful pain has now turned into a dull ache so thats a good sign. Feel a bit more human. Its only been a week and a few days.
Planning to relax with a nice film later.
