Rose whip

A busy day catching up before going back to work tonight. When I finish my shifts at the beginning of next week we're going to visit my parents for a night to check out how mum is managing. She's still non-weightbearing and on crutches since her achilles op but has a check up at the hospital on Tuesday and hoping she may finally be allowed to weight-bear.

When we arrived home from Bruges a friend brought us some beautiful flowers from the church we were married in to congratulate us on our wedding anniversary. So kind of them. Given the overcast weather, the red roses provided me with a welcome blip for today.
