Bumper to Bumper

I have to give Jen credit for this picture of some complete fudging (censored) numpty literally parking ON our car's front bumper!

What I don't get is that we were in the front parking bay. There was at least 10 metres of road in front of us which was clear so why did he need to get so close to us?? Madness.

Thankfully no damage done otherwise I would have been raging!
