What's this?

I've been very good at taking my medicine today, and mummy lets me play with the spacer afterwards so I'm not scared of it. I look a little zonked here because I've just had a lot of medicine.

Mummy took today off work today so she could stay at home and look after me. I appreciated it and kept diving at her for cuddles :-)
