The piano tech. I'm fascinated with these guys. The other night, in the interval of Imogen Cooper's concert, the technician essentially dismantled and reassembled the piano within about 10 minutes. Also, there are some massive prima donnas in the piano world, and it can't be easy to keep them happy.
