Dolesden Lane

An appropriate name. I used to feel doleful when I anticipated cycling up this road. It goes on forever and gets steeper and steeper with a real sting in the tail way out of view of what you can see here - this is just the start. And somewhere up here today I picked up a thorn which eventually punctured my tyre. Now this has become part of an important training ride and I seek this hill out almost every ride.
