Derelict Thursday: Bimbo.

When Rory was about 10, he said he didn't want Bimbo any more. Too babyish. So well worn Bimbo was left sitting on a shelf for seven years, abandoned and collecting dust. Last month I washed him, brushed what was left of his fur and wondered what to do with him.

Mummy not quite ready to let go...

But, hey, Rory was so happy when he 'found' Bimbo again and wheecht him off to the 'chill zone'.

I thought Bimbo was looking a bit neglected and rough again today, lying on Rory's desk, but maybe he's just recovering.
