I had a little time to kill before class today so I stopped in at the gourmet cupcake place for a snack. To tell you the truth, I'm not much for sugary snacks but this was good. Maybe because of the sea salt they sprinkled on top. After class, the family (well, part of the family) met for dinner for a daughter-in-law's birthday so this day was a bust as far as calorie counting goes...
