Shark Island

Shark Island lies just off the beach in Mucat. I've left with the intention of capturing it as a blip. But a sunset or a football match or a bird or a fisherman ... All made it first. So I left determined today's blip would be Shark Island.

On the same walk, I took shots of some white herons. Until a police 4x4 rolled up and told me I was in the area of embassies and shouldn't be taking photos. The British Embassy was next door and Prince Harry is visiting next week so they might be being extra vigilant.

They were very polite. I was appropriately submissive. I showed them the photos I had taken and we shook hands and went on our separate ways.
