Dinner for Ten?

It was so wet today, even the sparrows preferred to be "indoors" rather than out on the open feeders:-) There was a constant stream of birds to this feeder which at least has a roof, if not walls.

We have a new lake in the back garden and every plant looks battered and bruised. It was dark by 3 pm, so the curtains were closed by 3.30 and it will seem a very long night.

Hope tomorrow is brighter!
