I have often ridden down the towpath beside Victoria Park but I haven't noticed the huge block of flats which makes this backdrop.

I reckon its a candidate for the top ten ugly buildings in London that it would be good to demolish. Top of that list for me is the hotel by Tower Bridge. That's a Blip for another day.
