Children in Need

Well today has been a right mixed bag.

Both kiddies were having great fun this morning trying on their Pudsey ears and getting into their pyjamas for nursery. P thought it was hilarious that she could wear them out of the house.

Within an hour of arriving at work however I got a phone call to say little man had a temperature of 39 degrees and could I come to collect him. I got on the phone grandma as I knew she wasn't working and she got him for me. Once at home though he seemed fine. His temp came down and he was happy playing.

Oh well, at least I could enjoy some the children in need activities at work. Cakes to buy, raffles to have a go on, doughnut eating competitions and lots of fancy dress! There was a real party atmosphere and it was good fun.

I then picked up P from nursery on my way home. As soon as I walked in I was told "she's had a little accident". She had fell over in the yard and grazed both knees and was feeling very sorry for herself.

Needless to say both babies are in need of an early night and I think I won't be far behind!
