Fourth tooth

A pear was the guilty fruit this time; Lily appeared with bleeding gums, and just before she pushed this one out with her tongue, it looked as if both of the front ones were going to exit together. However, the left has stayed to fight another day, but I don't fancy it's chances of hanging on much longer.
