Phew!

Yesterday's camera crisis seems to have been averted. No idea what went wrong but suspect the battery might need replacing. I left it on charge all night and although it is showing as fully charged the charger light was still flashing this morning.

So here is a much better shot of the mini pecan pies with some Jack Daniels salted caramel drizzled over. I posted a photo on Facebook about an hour ago and instantly got five orders, so there's the power of photography right there!

I've also updated the new blog but it is still waiting for a final photo from H which she has promised me this evening. After two weeks of begging she finally cooked on Weds night. Well I say night... she actually finished at around 02:20 Thursday morning. In her defence, she is in halls and had to wait for the kitchen to be available.

There's a rumour that we might be doing bacon, scrambled eggs and American-style pancakes at some point over the weekend... :)
