Cards From The War

Continuing to play with the D7 I have been photographing some embroidered cards from the first world war that Pauline’s mum had kept. I shall be giving copies to my friend Jim (mentioned before, our local historian) to add to his displays.

This is the only one that I have prepared to date for printing. On the front is a small embroidered (silk) envelope that the serviceman could put a memento or note into.
