Leaves

At home today, took a walk into town to deliver some housey stuff to the solicitors. I liked these leaves on the path.

Other than that, I spent most of the day fighting with Windows. I've been a Linux user for the past decade and for the past couple of years I've been doing photo stuff in Windows on a virtual machine. This doesn't support my BluRay writer or display profiling so I decided it was time to install it for real and dual boot.

I can honestly say that Linux is far easier to install. The default Windows installation left me with no network and hunting around in the loft for the motherboard drivers cd (thank goodness I haven't packed it yet!). I still don't have any sound, and my soundcard isn't supported in Windows 7. At all. It worked in Linux! Bah.
