I don't like baking.....

..... and I don't 'do' baking...... at all....... but for this one and only time in the year. According to my family christmas (Whoa!!! I wrote the c word.......!!!!!!) won't ever come if I don't bake this 'Stollen' ...... ah well......
Normally German hausfrauen have to bake dozens of cookies in the weeks before christmas - I don't.
But that Stollen ..... has to be done...... and as it has to be put into parcels and sent away ...... it has to be done now ...... mission accomplished.....
I'm prepared.....
