Last Minute Series: Nine

A roller coaster day. Make that a roller coaster couple of weeks. Standing in line. Sitting to wait. Holding your breath. Watching and listening. A health scare that got tested and tested only to be told to come back in six months. Reminds me of my cataract saga: the cataracts are noticeable to me, but growing slowly. They say to wait until they are bigger; makes them easier to remove. Is health care for their convenience or ours?
