Plys With Purpose

Josh headed out to the Plys with Purpose skateboard art show and auction along with short film premiers and live music tonight at the Prøve Gallery on Lake Avenue.

This fundraising event for a future skatepark in Cloquet was the collaborative effort of The Carlton County Skatepark Association, Damage Boardshop and Prøve Collective of Duluth.

Over 40 artists participated in painting a limited number of unfinished Canadian maple skateboard decks for the silent auction tonight. The decks will be displayed at the gallery through the month of November.
