Autumn sunshine with Achilles

I had a nasty bout of sickness on Saturday night and was in bed all day yesterday. My bedroom ceiling doesn't make an interesting blip, so there's been a brief pause in my journal.

Not feeling great today but I have a pressing piece of work to do then an appearance "on stage" at a conference at Apsley House, the Duke of Wellington's old London home. So it's best foot forward.

A beautifully crisp Autumn morning. The Achilles statue in Hyde Park is looking particularly fine.
