Pheasant Feather

We split ourselves into the boys and the girls teams for the quiz last night, didn't disgrace ourselves and beat the boys. We also won a box of Dairy Milk chocolates (other chocolates are available) by guessing how many were in the box, how much it weighed and the total number of calories. Needless to say there weren't any left by the end of the evening.

Quite a lot of people are annoyed that the tree has been axed, but the reason given by the riding school is that Sycamores are toxic to horses and it had to go. I find that a pretty lame excuse considering the school uses electric fencing to keep the horses within a specific boundary and the tree itself could have been fenced off.

It's damp and dreary outside so I have had to delve into my box of tricks for today's blip of a pheasant feather. It seems to have a face but I'll leave it to your imagination to tell me what you think it looks like.
