Captain Walker admires the sunset

The statue of Captain Walker at the Pier Head in Liverpool. I'm not sure how long this calm, clear weather will last so I took several nice photos this evening.

Captain Walker was a famous WW2 naval officer and his exploits during the Battle of the Atlantic are commemorated in this popular statue.
