A rather smart looking Jay

The jays seem to have sorted their territories for the Winter months?We had a group of three earlier in the year? But now we are down to just one!
Things might change when it gets colder and food becomes more difficult to find?
They always remember my feeders are full.As do the Redwings and Fieldfares remember the quince! Not that there are many left after the strong winds we have had.
