Playing solo

The Teen was required to play in the orchestra for a memorial concert this evening which meant her and her Dad were going out just as I was coming in from a Saturday in school. We were preparing for our visit but also had to deal with unwanted visitors having created havoc overnight.
So, rather than Saturday night solo, I spent the evening in lovely company and had my supper cooked into the bargain! The puppy didn't seem to mind sharing too much and was very cute all evening.
