Swans at Dawn

Beautiful light today as I returned from dropping youngest at football. Spent so much time taking photo's of the swans on the way home that it was time to go back and pick him up before I'd even made it home.

I was so excited, all alone in the middle of our muddy beach, when I saw the early light on these birds and that they didn't seem at all bothered by my presence. I had originally stopped to take shots of the suns rays across the bay and you can still see the rays behind the birds.
