The Kelpies - Elemental, Monumental

A lot of people have driven past the Kelpies but I'd really recommend going to visit them. They are so stunning in the flesh - something very moving about their form and scale; an almost sacred feeling. It was lovely, too, to see so many local people out in big family groups, taking the air, taking in the sculpture. A genuinely marvellous piece of public art.
