Burning Eye Walk

The late night movie followed by wine and comedy did not contrast well with the five a.m. overtime shift.
I allowed myself a twenty minute power rest laying on the floor outside my closet. Then I chugged some water, did some power push ups, then rounded up the fam for a midday stroll.
I love sucking it up.
