Portland/Seattle

We had to wake up early to make our way to Portland airport to fly back to Seattle. Unfortunately our flight was delayed and then it was canceled. But they fly to Seattle so regularly they could squeeze us all on the next flight. While waiting at the airport I got to try the new Starbucks Christmas drink. Soso good.

When we arrived in downtown Seattle we checked into City Hostel, our room had s great view of the space needle. We then did some more shopping in downtown Seattle, heading round Sephora, American Eagle, Zara and I got to buy the cheesey Seattle jumper I'd been after all week.

We had our last Starbucks of the reading break at the Starbucks opposite the entrance to pike place market. The sign glowing as the sunset.

We had dinner at a pizza and cocktail bar, only lemonade for Emily and I of course, then we wandered back to the hostel as we have to get up early tomorrow to get to the clipper.
